1. Please provide a brief description of your interaction with the applicant. 2. How does the applicant’s performance compare to that of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? 3. Describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. 4. Is there anything else we should know? These are the descriptive ones, there is one more optional question which I have not recorded. Rest everything is objective.

Nope, nothing as such within the eeo pool New email won’t work. Isb asks for passport, aadhar, etc too. Ask Isb if they’d allow a resubmission. They might argue that you had a lot of time. Plus, recommendor anyway needs to submit an independent view of your experience with them
