Calling all ISB PGP Applicants: 2024 Intake Class of 2025

Is writing that I am someone who is low on self confidence as a weakness in the ISB application form not the right thing to do ?

I wanted to know if writing in the application form that I am someone who gets into self doubt because of past experiences as weakness will that paint a target on me

No dont write something like that. Rather take a balanced way that you had some issue n you worked upon it n came out strong.

I am not an expert.

My opinion is we shouldn’t write anything that deems you lesser than anyone in the application.
Writing Weakness should be about acknowledging issues and then also stating how you have been trying to overcome it.

Like if I say I am not really good at public speaking but I am working on the same by volunteering for public speaking activities

maybe you can mention how you took the good things in your stride

to overcome a weakness

these good things may be your strengths or what you have achieved. I am no expert, but I think the main things at the core are to exhibit self-awareness and self-improvement. You can just say that your weakness is still a work in progress but that you have come a long way

For such questions, it is better to write a non-weakness weakness, that makes you actually proves your worth as a corporate slave, for example if they’ve asked for 2-3 weaknesses, you could mention about how you’re so detail oriented that you miss the bigger picture and you are working towards incorporating elements that will help you, or something along the lines of When push comes to shove, I feel I bear the burden on group projects and Im such a perfectionist hurr durr and In working on this by learning to delegate better, a very lame and safe weakness can be those related to time management and how you’re learning to cope better.

Hello the code for GRE to ISB PGP is 7892, but does any one know what is the department code that need to fileed in the second space?

While filling the interview location preference - what happens if we are not in the country?
Because the interview dates are not out yet so how to plan for this?

You can get a range of dates from admissions team. Try to be in India during that time range.
