Do i stand a chance in top ten b schools!

Could you pls advise me whether i stand a chance in top ten. thanks for your patience for reading and replying to this long email in advance.

My background-
1. From India
2. always in top 5 in school (decent grades, 85+ %age)
3. graduated in Electronics Engg from A- grade Engg college in India.
3a. GPA 8.0 (in the sacle of 10). I think equivalent would be between 3.3 to 3.6.
3b. was in top 7% of the class (class strength was 65).
4. Worked in a R&D div for a year and designed part of a chip.
5. worked as consultant for a software company (in IC design) for 3 yrs.
5a. brought in deals worth close to 2.5 million in these years.
5b. recieved CEO's recognition award for bringing in a deal worth 0.7 million in first six months.
5c. various other spot awards.
6. Now working in technical marketing (in another company, ranked in 880's in fortune 500 list, number 1 in its field) for approx 4 yrs. My job involves ensuring that technical side of deal to go smoothly (usually more than 0.3+ M USD).
6a. have travelled extensively in Asia Pacific (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, china, Singapore, HongKong) and USA.
6b. brought in deals worth more than USD 6M during this period.
6c. recieved accolades from Field staff (of asia pacific and US) and R&D alike.
7. I am in the lead position of committee which organizes events (for recreation, public awareness, fun etc) for last two years. Prior to that i was an active member of this committee. This committee organizes events for over 1000 employees.

Community service background -
1. Since there are various charitable institutes for donation of money, I concentrate on blood as i feel it is the most important gift that we can give to save human lives. So i have been organizing blood donation camps (in my community and office) every half for over 4 yrs now.
2. Support a blind child financially.
3. Been a member of other charitable institutes, though not vrey active.

I am expecting my GMAT Score to be 680+. It is based on the numbers that i am getting in KP, PR and OG now. I plan to take it in March/May and hope that by then my score will improve to 720+.

Reason i would like to move from technical role to a management role is because -
1. till now i am just a caretaker from technical side. i get dpressed when technically we are best but we loose prize wise. By going through MBA I would like to a process creater and be able to control things in a better way (than present).
2. i would like to broadan my horizons and be able to serve customer better by giving him a global perspective of things.

Questions - Do i stand a chance in top 10 B Schools - Harvard, Kelloggs, Chicago, Stanford, Insead etc? If not, what is it that i should improve?
