Hey there good sir,
So first of all, as you may be aware your GMAT is a wee bit on the low side for top 10 schools. You still have a chance at some of the lower ones on the top 10, but then you gotta really have some awesome work experience!
The question I would be asking myself right now is: Do I REALLY want to apply this year? First of all R3 is probably too late for you. Schools don't like to give places to International applicants for R3, plus there are VERY few places, so you are at a disadvantage. Secondly, if you wait until next year you get two GREAT advantages:
1. You will have enough time to retake your GMAT (even more than once if need be) and improve your profile. I think this would be GREAT for you, since you have such a high GPA especially. This can make the difference between you getting into a top 20 school and a top 3 school!!!! (and in the long-term it's very very worth it!)
2. You will gain the advantage of applying very comfortably in R1 next year, giving you the most advantage, and most time to prepare your strategy your essays, your recommendations, and even visit the schools!
Let us know your thoughts here, and we'd be happy to help out!
