Ha! Well when I was wait listed it got updated to 'Waitlist,' and my understanding that those accepted see 'Admitted,' so I'm not encouraged by 'file under review.'

Here's to hoping it gets updated tomorrow!

Looks like they maybe done with the calls for the day.

No word today. Definitely not a good sign. My quant proficiency says complete, but I doubt there is any correlation there. I don't know when it was updated, but it doesn't take much effort for them to update that.

I'm hoping there will be a good number of calls tomorrow, but I really can't find enough info to guess how many admits are left. I'm guessing they've contacted a good 60-90% of the admits. Pure speculation of course. It's definitely good that they were still calling at 3:45 PST.

I'm also hoping they put the updates online asap.

Any additional insights out there?

Thank you for sharing this. I havent received the call and not sure if I will but if this forum is anything to go by.. I am sure the class would full of people who would collaborate and would be fun to work with each other.

Hah, there are a couple of people at Haas that fly in from Dallas every week. I know one that does the flight from DC.

I got the call today and am in, R2.

Debating between Haas and Wharton EMBA...I had thought there was no question I would accept Haas' offer, but I'm not completely sure now. The woman from Haas who called today was really unenthusiastic, and was borderline snippy at one point. I was soooo so excited on the phone, and it was kind of a let down to hear the news from someone with zero excitement. I could could picture her reading off a script with a truly bored look on her face. In contrast, when I talked to the person from Wharton, I called her back (I first missed her call and she left me a vmail asking to call her) she knew instantly who I was when she answered and was incredibly excited to deliver the news. I know this sounds silly, but it does make a difference!!

I would guess you just happened to get someone very tired after a long day. I also wouldn't let one person in admissions essentially make your school choice for you. Haas and Wharton do some bar nights and they're both great programs, but they're very different. So, pick whichever one fits your goals.

I would be more interested in the comparison between HAAS EWMBA and Wharton SF EMBA more.. Anyone has insight?
