If we have graduated from a degree which is taught in English, we need not write the English Proficiency test yeah?

This solely depends on whether you are English native or your undergrad degree is solely taught in English language. You can prove it with additional documents as stated in HEC official website. Kindly check the following link: https://www.hec.edu/en/master-s-program ... gement/faq

1 Month and 6 days left to submit R1 applications. :) Where is everyone at in his/her application? Should we conduct a networking call among ourselves on Google Meet or Zoom just to get together and share application-related queries?

I guess majority of us are stuck with GMAT score improvement. Given the average of HEC is no where low like rest. However I would love to connect rest students and know their application status.

Hi All,

To update, I will be submitting my application within the week.

I would love to know where everyone else is! It seems eerily quiet considering we are approaching the end of R1.

I'm planning to Submit mine on around the 15th of October. Since they don't have rolling admissions, I feel its better to submit the application a little closer to the deadline.

How much difference would it make if I apply in round 2 instead of round 1

Not a great deal. If you can get it in Round 1 then definitely do so, because every little helps.

If, however, you need more time to improve your application, it makes sense to submit it in whichever round you feel ready.

I'm skeptical about applying since I have only 60% in my undergrad, though I have 1.5 years of work experience and okay extra curriculars along with nice LORs. Do ya'll think a good gmat will be able to compensate for the same??

Hello everyone!
I had taken the GMAT online, so I don't have the AWA score. But, the HEC application requires us compulsorily enter an input for that. Anyone have an idea what to enter? Should I just enter 0 (since, they are accepting online decimal inputs)?

Hi there!

I decided to put a dash rather than a zero to avoid any ambiguity. I tried to put 'NA' but of course this isn't accepted.

Can I ask how the rest of your application is going?

Thanks a ton! Regarding the application, I am applying for the MIF program and the application really has quite the unique essays. All in all it's a pleasant experience. How about you?

Applying for M2M HEC-Yale program as the second preferred option as well. Do I have to report my GMAT score separately for this program (Already submitted score to MiM Grand Ecole Program)? If yes, could anyone help out with the course name. I can find other dual degree courses but not this one in the report score tab at GMAC mba website.

Hi everyone,
Just to update. I submitted my applications for HEC and ESSEC MiM today. I applied with my GRE score(gave both, had a marginally better equivalent GMAT in GRE).
