Its not about round 1, the GMAT accepted by ESSEC is over 650. The higher you score the better chance you have in making your profile competitive.

Thank you for your reply. Also, being a reapplicant who applied in fourth round for 2020 admit and now again in the first round for 2021 admit affect the chances of getting an admit? (Considering the no. of months aren't alot, hardly 4-5 with covid this time)

I can't really comment on anything related to Reapplicants. However, I know Reapplicants profile are analyzed in context to past application as well. If you have better score than last time, which is surely not considered in impact of Covid you might have better chances of getting selected. But if you are applying with the same application with little or no changes I am afraid the application won't get preference.

Hi,

Has anyone submitted the MiM form yet?
Under the Supporting documents tab, the section for English Language Test is mandatory I guess i.e. application can't be submitted without uploading a document on the said section. However, it specifically says there that the English Test is only to be submitted if we can't justify 3 years of fluent use.
How to go about it? People who have submitted the applications, please respond.

Thanks.

You don't have to submit English Proficiency score, if you have 3 year bachelor degree taught in English. But you do have to submit transcript for that

ESSEC MIM 2021 Intake: Calling All Applicants [#permalink]
Hey guys, quick doubt on the application deadlines, in case things go haywire in the end. For the October 19 deadline, is the time
1. 19th Oct 00:00 UTC
2. 19th Oct 23:59 UTC
3. 19th Oct 00:00 student's local time
4. 19th Oct 23:59 student's local time

Ideally shouldn't be facing this problem, but now that there's a time crunch, would be really grateful for a quick response.

Application deadline is written as 19 Oct so it must be considered till 19 Oct 23:59
However I won't suggest you to submit at the very last minute.
Plus 19 Oct is according to France date & time. Refer to time conversion scale to know the difference between your time zone and France. (If you don't belong to French nationality)

Does ESSEC send a confirmation email about whether the referee has sent the Letter of Recommendation?
If not, how would one find out this info without contact the refree directly?

You can view the status in your application portal itself.
Right above the referee details, you can see a message like this:
'The survey has been completed by the referee on mm/dd/yyyy at XX:XX'

Has anyone faced any issues during the payment process? My application shows that it has saved the payment details, but I'm yet to receive a confirmation of the payment.
