Does applying after R1 really decrease your chances of getting admit? or is it a myth?

How do I apply with my unofficial GRE score to ESSEC?
What do I fill in the AWA Score?

Hello Everyone!
I'll be applying in R2, I'm bit confused by the terminologies like high school diploma and all of ESSEC, Do they ask for class 12th Marksheet as well with undergrad?

Someone who has applied to ESSEC resently and can guide me on it, that would be very much appreciated.
