I couldn't travel to Bangalore due to work. Had my interview with a second year student over Skype. This was on the 23rd of January.

Well they said it would be today. However there was a snowstorm on wednesday, so they might be delayed. But I really want to know. Either way. The waiting is killing me. :(

At which time did they release decisions on March 6th? Morning, afternoon or evening?

I checked the entries on March 6th. They ranged from 15:00 TO 17:00
