I had posted my first GMAT experience in one of the forums. Now, I learnt that this is the right place to put the debrief.

I gave my first attempt at GMAT on Sept 2016. I had faced a rather strange problem (at least for me:-)) during my real GMAT exam. I am not sure what happened but I felt as if I was completely blanked out during the entire test. Majorly in verbal section. I just couldn't make out the sentence though I read the words on the screen I was not able to join them and make a meaning out of them ( I felt like Darsheel Safari in "Tare Jameen Par").
My ability to solve any question plummeted. I am pretty sure I had solved much tougher questions during my preparation and mocks. Also, as part of my job, I read research journals, patents and other english technical articles quite regularly. I am certain that vocabulary was not the issue. I am sincerely worried how would I cope with this situation. Please advise what would have happened and how do I improve on this situation.
Your advise is highly appreciated.
