Need profile evaluation and some tips for improvement

Raw score - 68% with Distinction.

Academics - Apart from the GMAT score I do not think that I can change much here. I had an All India rank of 253 in the Engineering Entrance exams that landed me to PICT which is arguably the best Computer Science college in Maharashtra.

Leadership - I am responsible for their deliverable, so in short everything except the HR side of the resources, I have to take care. This means take care of the assignments, reviewing their work, mentoring them and so on. I was rated among the Top 2 % employees in Amdocs for this fiscal year with a perfect rating of Exceeds Expectations. I was also nominated twice for the Employee of the Month, a program that rewards outstanding employees from a cohort of 1200 employees. Sadly I did not win both the times but still worth mentioning. I was pre-promoted from a trainee to a Full time employee within 6 months of joining(it generally takes an year) and also pre-promoted to Senior Subject Matter Expert in 2.5 years(generally takes 3 years), a feat very few have achieved in my project.

Post MBA I would like to work as a Consultant either in technology or Operations/Processes since I am Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert and work in both these areas. An MBA will give me the right platform to attain the necessary skill set and knowledge. Working with organisations for process establishments, improvements, business/customer transformation, efficient use of technology are some areas that I would love to work in.

CSR work - In the last year and the year prior, I worked mostly as a volunteer participating and working in a number of CSR events. I was even awarded among the Top 25 volunteers in Amdocs for year 2012-2013 from 500 odd CSR members.
I have recently organised a couple of drives in Amdocs for the partner NGOs. I have also joined Mentor Together recently where I will be assigned a Child and my responsibility is to guide him for this year.
