Hi!
I was wondering if the OG from a certain year offered the same questions online than on their paper textbook ?
eg. OG 2017 online vs. OF 2017 Book

Yes, jamkkurogi, the digital and paper-based versions of the OG are the same, and if you purchase either, you should be able to access—yet again—the same questions online through Wiley Efficient Learning, provided you purchase a new copy of the OG. (A used copy will probably have a redeemed registration code for the Wiley site; the site has useful tools for creating timed practice sets and setting different parameters, and one of the newer features is the addition of flashcards.)

Yes they are the same.

Yes.
Online OG and offline OG have the same questions.
Wiley Efficient Learning has some additional features though.
