Ross's GMAT score is 703, so 50% of the class has a lower than 700 score. I know couple folks who got in with 620/630s. But, everything else in their profile was top notch.

Anyone from NJ got a call/email?
Thinking its NYC suburbs but its another state do could logically be part or not part of the NYC bucket.

It was very scary today since all my other schools are top 5.
I was beginning to regret that I did not apply to other schools.

Even though I'm in DC I'm doing my best not to get down on myself yet. Soojin said they'd give priority to these cities but its not like it was a guarantee they would call today. Still hope for tomorrow afternoon or hell, even later this evening. Terrible wait but it's not over yet.

I got the same email however all of the recipients were BCC'ed so it looks like they sent out multiple emails. Anyone here going to the LA reception on 3/19?

The admissions officer that I spoke with told me about the scholarship and then mentioned that I wouldn't get anything on paper until I receive the actual admission packet in the mail. So it sounds like whatever email correspondence they send on Friday will not contain any schollie information.

Scholarship info is not mentioned in the admit letter. In the mailed admit packet, you'll get the $$ info, and even if you didn't hear of $ on the phone, some might come in the mailed info. That's what happened to me at least.

For info regarding receptions, every area admissions officer sends their own invite so that's why some are cc'd and others are bcc'd. Definitely go if you can. Ross is really good with the free food and drink, and the number of alums who come out for it is really impressive. You get a great feel for the culture at these events.

To those who haven't heard yet, don't give up. There are still a few more days of calls left!
