Boston applicant here and haven't heard anything, it's pretty stressful without an admit anywhere. Prepared for the worst

Just got in, by e-mail sent to about 10 applicants (copied, not BCCed). Invitation to register to welcome events in Boston, Chicago, LA, NYC, SF, DC, or Ann Arbor, so must be applicants from those cities. I am Chicago!

Part of me hopes that that's not the full list of admits from those cities. Only ~10ish admits from the largest US cities (AA excluded)? Doesn't seem right. Hopefully more calls/emails to come for tomorrow...
