Hi there! First, congratulations on getting interview invite!;)
I had my Skype interview with the admission member.
The questions were standard: why MBA, Why Anderson, what are your goals? Tell about yourself (here I mentioned hobbies), any questions for us?
They were prompt at the time allocated (30 minutes sharp).
There was some problem with video-I could not see the interviewer, but she saw me. I turned this problem to my advantage-I made "eye-contact" and tried to look into the camera all the time.
All in all, of all the interviews I had, I think Skype is better.
Show you real interest, understanding the peculiarities of Anderson program and how they can benefit your goals in particular, be positive and you'll be fine!

I'm a R3 applicant...still no invite for an interview. Let's see what happens though. Still a while to go until the notification date in June!

Has anyone accepted the offer and received the UCLA Graduate Division approval? Just trying to see what the next steps are after all of our documents are approved.

Yes. Mine remained "Submitted" until the final decision was rendered.

nothing yet for me, R2 admits. from R1 admits experience, it took abt a month (assuming that you sent out all the official doc. right away)from receiving admits to the final approval (they will send you an email with the link to SIR/SLR). so what we can do now is patiently wait and work on housing...etc. :-D

Do any waitlisted candidates who interviewed in April know when we might hear back? I'm assuming around the R3 decision date, but has anyone heard otherwise?

I was waitlisted in Round 1 as well as Round 2 and received the news on both round's decision dates. I haven't seen any other waitlisters receive updates outside of the decision dates so we'll probably have to wait until the R3 decision date in June...

I sent my documents around April 9th, and receive the UCLA Graduate Division email around April 30th. After submitting the SIR and the other form, which are pretty simple, you get your email @ucla.edu. At that email address I got my instructions to request an I-20 Form for an International F-1 Visa.

Awesome - thanks for the response. Did you go through any specific background checks? I know some other schools go through that, wasn't sure if UCLA does the same.

Maybe they did some background checks that I'm not aware of. They didn't contact my company, that's all I know =)

Just got an interview invite! (Via email at 9pm EST.)

I don't have the greatest stats and was starting not expect anything positive so this is especially good and encouraging news for me.

I've been looking on this forum for a little while to check activity for a few schools so I thought I'd contribute and share my news. Hope it's somewhat helpful to know there's activity.

When is the latest admissions sends out a request for an interview leading up to R3 decision date of June 5th. I had heard 5/18 (this Friday), but then also heard up to the week of the decision date. Thoughts? Seems like a lot of applicants in R3 have not received communication.
