There are not a lot of schools offering the MiM, but you really only need one.
Check out Duke, Rochester, and Wake Forest. These are a few of the U.S. schools offering the program.
"Worth it" depends on your goals, which you know better than I do. As far as the relative strength of the European and U.S. economies today, that's public knowledge. It also varies depending on the country in Europe.
