Wharton 2014 - Calling All Waitlisters! Class of 2016

Anyone heard anything or heard of anyone getting called off the waitlist??

Dear Candidates,

We hope this email finds you well. Now that the Round 1 matriculation deadline has passed, we have gained a clearer picture on where the Class of 2016 stands in terms of enrollment and potential need. As a result, there was some movement on the waitlist last week as we extended offers to a number of candidates.

We realize that remaining on the waitlist can bring mixed feelings, but please know that we only retain candidates in good faith that space may become available. We would also like to reiterate just what an incredibly talented and select group you are.

With that said, we know that many of you have multiple application processes that you are currently managing, which may require you to move forward in a timely manner with incomplete information. Should you decide that you do not wish to remain on our waitlist, please send an e-mail to mba-waitlist@wharton.upenn.edu with the subject line "Waitlist Remove."

Congratulations to guys who were accepted after being waitlisted.

Did you guys send update materials or do anything else to improve your chances? Or just sit tight and wait?

Got an email from adcom saying "some" might hear by the end of the month, while everybody should get an update on 6 May. Any movement for you guys?

I got the same email on Friday evening. No change on my application status ... keeping my fingers crossed!

Any advice on kind of information or updates you have shared......it is a little late but wanted to know for next year!
