Debrief time! I had my interview recently with an adcom member in Los Angeles. The interviewer hadn't read my essays and only had my resume. It was a comfortable conversation with pretty standard questions and shouldn't be difficult at all if you know your story and have done plenty of introspection on your strengths and weaknesses. Take time to also reflect on your previous performance reviews by your supervisors. Only one question made me pause and think for a couple seconds: If you could go back in time and do things differently, what would you change?
Good luck to those who have interviews coming up!
Gosh !!

Exactly same thing happened with me.
I will think about my interview as descent but one downfall was I couldn't mention at all any extra curriculars and that might affect my chances I guess.
Hope it doesn't affect that much.
Nice conversational interview with Brad. Awesome person to talk to and he will make you comfortable as soon as you sit down for the interview. Hope to meet him in the campus again.
