Sorry to hear that, man :(

You have a super strong profile, 770 GMAT and big name employer. Don't give up, it's only round 1 and they try their best to have equal competition across all rounds. Thinking back on your application and interviews, can you see any reason to why you were waitlisted?

Yup, from today till Friday for R1 admissions.


FYI: Thursday is a holiday in France. I don't know how/if that has an impact on admissions.

Just got the call as well! Selected Singy as my starting campus, but was placed in Fonty.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend that you have a consultant review your application to get some outside perspective on what might be the problem, and then put something together to submit to AO that will remedy said problem in the eyes of the admissions committee. Don't bug them with trivial stuff but definitely don't be passive and put together a plan on getting off the waitlist. People who get serious about getting off the waitlist are the ones who do and the others don't and it's just as simple as that.
