Can anyone suggest steps/ sources to prepare for IR in most effective way? Done with Quant and Verbal already.

You can follow the below keys to success.
Do not put your IR study off until the last minute. Minimum 6 weeks before the test, start to gain an understand about the four types of Integrated Reasoning problems: 1.Multi-Source Reasoning (MSR),2. Table Analysis, 3.Graphical Interpretation, 4.Two-Part Analysis.
Determine what topics you like least and merge that data with the one or two question types like least.
Practice to just enough

There is no certainty that a test taker will prove their scores of integrated reasoning by excessive practices.
Surely, the rules of Integrated reasoning are easy to understand. Nevertheless, since there is too much information, and people get confused by details, and there is no partial credit, integrated reasoning becomes much less important in GMAT.
