Promotion Days Before Decision

Hi,
I will be promoted (increased responsibility and executive exposure, but no direct reports) at the beginning of the new year. Next week is the decision date for the majority of schools to which I applied. Should I update the Admissions Committee and ask for the new information to be considered?

Have you been promoted yet? Or is this an expected promotion? If you have been notified it may make sense to update the school it may be too late to incorporated into the he decision but it’s worth a shot

Thank you for your time and help.
You should update admissions with anything promotion related, whether before or after you submit your applications. However it has to be official. So once you get promoted you would then notify schools.
