BU might not be a top 10 school but there is nothing you cannot do if you have the will and fortitude to make it happen!


Tip: DO NOT forget to negotiate your scholarship offers (even if you don't have competing offers!!) Every Cent matters when you are a broke college kid.

I have been admitted (via email). But the email mentions nothing on the scholarship - so should I assume I have received none or do they send the scholarship details (if any) only via the physical package?

Thank you bb. It's been 5 days since I received the email and yesterday I received the formal lacceptance letter (via email). No mention of it anywhere. Would it be wise to ask them regarding the same now or should I wait for sometime?

And based on what others have mentioned, it sounds like there’s no scholarship award it but I think it absolutely makes sense to inquire politely. Keep in mind that schools are often off on Fridays and it’s Christmas next week so you may not hear back for a little while.... Hopefully you can get a firm POSITIVE reply and end the suspense.... :thumbup:

Hopefully you have an admissions committee contact who you can touch base with.
