What questions did they ask in KIra interview. Where there written and video essay both? How much time did they give you to prepare for the video essay questions. Was it same or did it vary for each question?

I just gave my KIra interview today. Four questions were asked. 3 question were speaking questions with 10 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to answer.
1. Which superpower you would like to have
2. TELL ABOUT A MOMENT WHERE YOU THINK YOU HAD A POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON YOUR TEAM
3. What motivates you to give your best every day.

Written question.(5mins)

Hi, Even i got admitted to the 2 year MBA program at Mendoza. I think should start a separate chain for the admitted students.
