It seems mostly applicants from India are receiving phone calls today. I'm not sure if that sample size is just because Indian applicants seem to be more active on this site or they pushed through the international applicants first. However, tomorrow Dec 13th is when everyone should find out.

I got a quick 5 min call from one of the interviewers but not the one I interviewed with. They don’t discuss any scholarships or anything but mentions it in the written letter.

I'd assume the portal would be updated once all R1 admissions went out, but if you hear nothing back after tomorrow I don't think it would hurt to email them. Probably won't get a response back until Monday though.
