Totally agree. Social networks are addictive. I am trying to quit though.

There are a number of reasons why people don't use social media. It's not that you can completely abstain from social media at this time and age. I use Facebook only once a month and https://gmatclub.com/chat just 20–30 minutes a day at night. And I am not on Snapchat or Instagram (bless me for that).

I use GMAT club pretty often, if that counts.
Other than that, twitter- once in 2 weeks may be.

I used to use socials earlier when I was younger. Now it`s not so interesting for me, if I want to chat with someone I go to dating sites, they seem to me much more amusing.

Yes but LinkedIn and Twitter only. Twitter to stay connect with world current affairs, and LinkedIn for business propose only. Social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram are only waste of time.

I use only Youtube. I had some instagram account but decided to delete it because I started to spend too much time on it. Sometimes I like to surf my Twitter feed.
