I’m sure this is the message somewhere on the thread but reminding everyone that Haas requires a language exam ie TOEFL even if language instruction was in English, if you are from a country where primary language is not English ie India.

What makes you feel alive when you are doing it, and why? should I write professional experience or personal experience on this? any suggestions?

This is just my opinion but I feel that in this question the adcom is specifically looking to see personal aspects of your life. Also, the other essay kind of can cover professional excerpts since it is on leadership. Also, check the Haas FULL-TIME MBA ADMISSIONS APPLICATION BOOTCAMP to get some insights.

In the test score section in the application, they ask for your GMAT registration number. Does anyone know if that is equivalent to your appointment number, or your GMAT ID, in the score report?

I mailed the adcom the same query and this was the response You may use the GMAT ID number or the GMAT or TOEFL appointment number, all are acceptable. You can find the ID or Appointment number in your respective GMAT/TOEFL profiles. Hope this helps.
