Are there any good chances for EEO with 650 but with very strong application and EC's in Round 3 ISB?

Hi,

The chances are there if the essays, extra curricular and marks in 10th and 12th are good enough to cover a shortage of 30-40 GMAT score. A generally observed thumb rule is that GMAT score constitute about 30-35% of your total evaluated score. (Some colleges put such division of score on their websites, ISB has not).

Hence, you have a chance if you score really good in the other 70% ie the application part.

Hope it helped. Best wishes for your application.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to check if anyone knows if ISB PGP round 2 admits have started rolling out.

Is it a rolling admit process for all or just for international applicants? If rolling for both, when do Indian applicants usually start receiving admits in each cycle relative to the application deadlines?

Thanks in advance!

I think it is rolling only for the international applicants. They did release admissions on a rolling basis for Round 1 but I guess that is an exception. Round 2 results will be announced on or close the deadline, IMO. Also, no one has received Round 2 admission yet.

Hi Nikhil,
Thanks for your response. Have they usually announce on or close to the decision deadline in previous years?

I don't think so. There are some interviews happening today. They will let you know about the interview about 4-5 days in advance and the interviews usually happen on the weekends. So we have to check if they send any interview invites early next week.

Did you apply in Round 2?

Got it. The next step would be the interview invite. All the best 😀

Hi all,

I interviewed on Feb 7th and I understand the results are expected to be out on April 10th.
Is it possible to get in touch with the adcom and ask them to let me know my final results a week early?

I have received an admit from HEC and I need to send my confirmation/deposit on or before April 7th, hence the question.

Or do you think it is possible to request an extension from HEC?

Thank you

You should try both. You don't know which one is going to work :)

In the worst case, you can pay the deposit at HEC and wait for ISB but I guess HEC should be able to give you one more week or 10 days.
