For those of you going to assessment day I would offer the advice to make sure to get some points out there when you’re doing the discussion part. Don’t dominate the conversation but make sure to get something in there. I had a client who didn’t pass the assessment day and he felt it was for that reason and he did things differently at the assessment day for IESE and got in there third round.

Good day everyone, just discovered this chat. I’ve got my online assessment day on May 13th (half day). Any tips on how to properly prepare? I am under the impression this will focus on group case studies and short listed candidates will get individual interviews at a 2nd stage.

Hello! No prior prep needed. The activities differ from AD to AD, and the case study is just one part of it (You'll get the case on the AD itself). The interview can happen before or after the AD (Mine was scheduled the day before). There's no elimination between other activities and the interview. If you get an AD invite, you will interview.

If it's an on-campus AD, everything will be scheduled for the same day.

Hello Mandalaman, I did mine 10 days prior and got my decision a little while back, admitted😃. It actually took them 2 days to revert with interview invites to us. Following the interview, I got a call from IMD a little less than a week afterwards. Hope this helps!

Had the assessment day on June 13th, admissions officer told me that would take 1-2 weeks to return with final decision.
