I got covid, my GMAT is scheduled tomorrow. I have completed my application and will be submitting it before 30th Jan.

Can I reschedule my test for the 1st-2nd week of Feb? Will ISB approve? Please help

Nope I don’t think they allow, but you can ask the admissions team

I’m applying for R3, anyone else planning the same?

As discussed with the team during the Round-3 prep seminar, They confirmed that the Round-2 invites would be rolled out till mid-Feb, and chances are till month-end.
Delay is due to scheduling issues with the ongoing covid wave.
So, Don’t worry, you still have time.
