Is the "Presentation" format of the interview something that happens every year? Is it common or a new introduction this year?

­Hi Guys.

There is a fee waiver in the platform is it? and how long will it be there? Will it just disappear before the April 15 deadline or can anyone educate me a little bit on the end date of the fee waiver as I would like to take a few more days on my application and submit it by 12- April probably.

You have an excellent GRE but the CGPA is the real red flag; you will need to address the reason for it appropriately; rest, the details in your post are not enough to gauge your chances or speculate on why the rejections happened.
