On the Kellogg online application, for each employer they have a box titled:
"Responsibilities and reasons for leaving" with 6000 word limit. My resume is really a set of highlights and some smattering of responsibilities.. is it a good idea to just copy and past the relevant sections into this box or give a run of day to day responsibilities.. given the huge word limit?
Thanks
Ehh .. You might want to double check that word limit. Is it character limit you are talking about?
Also in these forms, always preview the pdf to see if all the data you entered is getting captured or not.
I remmeber in a couple of applications, the data I'd entered was within the character limit and yet
some part of it would get cut off in the pdf. I had to appropriately prune my answers then.
Dang.. it was character limit! Good thing I haven't submitted my app yet!

I wouldn't copy and paste from your resume. Since you're already submitting your resume, duplicating info from your resume on the application itself is a wasted opportunity to tell the adcom more about yourself.
Thanks for the advice Jerz, I'll throw in some additional stuff... make it different from my resume!
