I am presently working with Tata Steel Limited. Manufacturing Sector. I plan to continue my job, in which I have completed 2 years , for another 2 years. Then I wish to apply for INSEAD, and some of the Top 15 schools in US. I am also planning to apply to Nanyang, Singapore after an year or so.

If you can earn A's in traditional classroom-based, business-related courses that might compensate or mitigate the low UGPA. As is, I think your chances at INSEAD and the top 15 in the US are poor.
