Yes, unfortunately, the 2.5 in your last two years hurts a lot more than a 2.5 in your first two years. As one top-five admissions officer once told me, "We're forgiving of slow starts, but we're not very forgiving of slow finishes."

So, I think the lower-ranked schools are where your best bets will be. Georgetown may not be a bad choice. Also look at McCombs and Vanderbilt, although those aren't "easy" schools to get into.

I don't mean to be discouraging... That's just the truth!
