Gave the interview yesterday. Pretty casual conversation with a few behavioral questions around leadership, creativity examples, unexpected leadership. Apart from that how you add value, why Questrom,etc. All the best to everyone. Fingers crossed for the results

Interviewer was Nick from the admissions committee. Interview lasted about 20 minutes.

BU is actually know for conducting blind interviews.

Didn't he ask you questions from your resume.

But I get it. 20 minutes is not a lot of time. They cannot ask everything :)

After interviewing, does your decision come out on the deadline (March 2?) Or do most decisions come out beforehand?

It depends on the school generally.
Here are a few specifics-->

BU will not release the results until the deadline. So you will receive the result only on the 2nd of march. Plus, they have now extended the R2 deadline.

Schools like Wisconsin-Madison releases results as soon as the interview.

Unless you trust them completely -> NEVER share your essays with the admitted students. It will have a lot of personal ****. If you are admitted -> They will be your peers and would know your secrets. You want that to happen ?


Make a wise call.
