Contacted my AO yesterday to let them know I was accepted elsewhere and would need an answer soon. I received an answer within a couple of hours that still no seat was available. I am considering withdrawing my application at this point.

Sorry to hear this- that’s a really tough situation to be in. Can’t you pay the commitment fee to the other school first? And forego it if you get into insead?

While the INSEAD waitlist experience has left a bad taste, I'm actually thrilled to be accepted to LBS, very happy with the outcome. Depending on your personal situation, I would consider accepting your offer from Darden soon if it's a school that speaks to you.

I most probably will and am quite excited about the Darden. I am a bit concerned about the post-MBA H1B Horror and the possible tremendous amount of debt. So I am still keeping my fingers crossed for the INSEAD.

Congratulations to everyone who moved off the waitlist! Very well deserved and I hope it all goes smoothly until you start in September! The rest of us on here are still waiting, some with other offers and some without, but ultimately I hope we all end up at Fonty/ Singapore!
