Eerily quiet thread with deadlines so close...Would be nice if some views are shared here. Also I had some lingering queries of my own:
1. How is HK from the perspective of work permits for spouses...couldn't find any reliable source mentioning the same
2. How much time does it generally take for international non-mandarin speakers to land a job in consulting industry at say HK/China/Singapore?
3. Any specific pointers we need to keep in mind in the essay?

I have the same doubt. And how do I get a doc for the medium of language. My undergrad was in English but how do I prove that?

It is usually mentioned in the transcript you obtain from the university. It is a standard transcript format.

Thanks for the clarification. Instead of the transcripts I have used my semester marksheets, so not sure how to go about it.

The docs need to be submitted within the deadline(Mentioned under FAQ's on the website). Also I found the below format which can be used :

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that <FULL NAME> has completed his <DEGREE NAME> from <UNIV NAME> University during <PERIOD OF STUDY>. He was awarded the degree by the University on <DATE OF AWARD>.

The medium of instruction for the above mentioned course was in English for the entire <NO. of YEARS> years duration both written and spoken.

His Register Number (ID) in the Univeristy was <Reg No.>.

I the undersigned confirm that the above facts are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Signed by Assistant Registrar (Evaluation)
Address of the University: XXXXXX XXXXXX
Telephone: xxxxxx
Fax: xxxxxx

The problem is I have to upload the docs before the application deadline which is tomorrow and the chances that my university will issue such a letter by today or tomorrow are almost next to nil. I'm in a fix.

Rather than the university, try going to your college. They already might have a format so it shouldn't take more than an hour at the max.

Thanks! One interview is with an Adcom person and the other with a current student/alumni.
