Apart from the essays and the application, what all documents have to be uploaded. I am getting the message that first I will have to pay the application fees and then only I will be able to upload the documents. I heard that resume has to be uploaded. Is it true? Can someone please let me know all the docs that are required. Thanks in advance.

You'll need the following:

IELTS / TOEFL / Proof of Medium of Instruction in English
Employment Proof
Salary Proof of the latest 12 months
Undergraduate Transcript
CV / Resume

It's actually Salary Proof for the last 24 months, not 12... You also need to include a copy of your diploma!

Has anybody else struggled to get Salary Proof for the last 24 months? My past company didn't migrate onto an online HR system until the last 4 months of my employment there, and I've recycled most of my old payslips since it's been over 6 months since I worked there! A bit stumped as to what documents I can give instead of payslips...

Congratulations for the interview calls! I'm a round 1 admit for 2018 intake. Throw in your questions/doubts here and I'll do my best to answer them.

Best of Luck!

Thanks for your generosity! I’d love to know — from your experience what was the difference between the alumnus interview and the admissions committee interview?

So from what I could make out from my interviews was that the alumnus/current interview was meant to check if I'm the right fit for the school, in terms of the thought process, communication etc. The Adcom interview was to see if I'm employable (as per the goals I've mentioned in my essay) after my MBA. This was the essentially the key differentiating factor between the two interviews, at least for me.

The alumus/current student interview felt more conversational, however it seemed the adcom had done their homework in asking me some very specific set of questions.

Super helpful -- thanks for this.

When you say that the adcom were trying to suss out of you were "employable" post-MBA, what do you mean by that exactly? Do you mean that they were just trying to see if your goals were feasible? If you had done research in the relevant fields?

Did they spend time quizzing you on the general questions that were covered in the application, like what are your short- & long-term career goals and what are your personal hobbies, etc.?

Exactly. The adcom asked me how do I plan to achieve my goals (both long and short), what will be my greatest challenge in doing so and if I have a back-up plan in case things don't work out. Also, they asked me my way of dealing with a difficult co-worker. So, in a nutshell, the entire adcom interview felt as if I had to sell myself to them as a sorted candidate.

In none of the interviews was I asked anything about my interests outside my academic and professional life, which is strange now to think of it. Haha!

For those who have received invitations to interview with the adcom, have you heard from your alumnus interviewer yet? I haven't!
