you should have a shot at those schools, but since they are all top10, you may also want to look at a couple of schools in the midrange of the top 20 to be safe. Being female, you have an advantage right out of the gate, with fewer female applicants to b-school in general. Your GMAT is good, TOEFL is a little low for the top TIER, particularly since your UG degree is in English, but a good interview can overcome that. Be prepared to defend your career change since the natural assumption will be that you lost your job, not that you quit. Make sure your move to the NGO was a strategic one in your overlal career vision, so that it doesn't appear you are meandering your way to b-school after not gaining any real momentum in your career. I am not implying this was the case, just making sure you couch your journey in a way that sounds intentional and not reactive. Hope this helps.
