Pls evaluate my profile

Age - 29 years
B.Tech - NIT ( Top 20 Cllg of India) - Indian Govt. Approved Cllg
MBA - NITIE ( Top 10 MBA Cllg of India) - Indian Govt. Approved Cllg
Work ex - 6+ Years
Martial Status - Married

Companies worked for -

1. Coal India Limited ( Largest coal mining company in world) - Asst. Manager - 3 years
2. Narayana Healthcare (Hospital sector) - Senior Manager
3. Wipro Consumer Care & Lightning - Manager Planning
4. Johnson & Johnson

If I score 720 in GMAT, what are my chances of getting into INSEAD ?

Since you're ultimately asking Admissions questions, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement.

Welcome to Gmatclub. Unfortunately, the details you have provided are not enough to evaluate your profile. Also, I have never heard of NITIE in the Top 10 MBA schools in India. You need to explain your professional achievements. Any social cause/volunteer experience.extra-curricular? Why INSEAD? If you will score 720, then you will be fine on GMAT part. The admit chances depend upon the overall strength of your profile and not on GMAT alone.

Apologies for the delayed response but we hope this will be of help to you still.

Your GMAT hovers under the average score of Indian applicants applying to INSEAD; besides, the job shift and second MBA need to be addressed in a convincing manner. In our opinion, you should focus on retaking the GMAT to boost your score and showcase a spike in at least one area of your application, post which, you should focus on putting forth a set of stellar essays that are representative of your strengths, how you see your career unfolding, and the need for another MBA at this point. Your chances would largely depend on your overall application.
