You're late to the party. As such, I think your chances are going to be a stretch at best, and slim at worst for all schools across the board.
LBS you'll likely be competitive (maybe even a stretch) as it is if you applied in R1 or R2. Round 3 isn't death, but it's certainly more competitive to the point where you're likely a slim shot. And R4 is basically roulette (because by then the vast majority of the spots have been filled, the waitlist has plenty of candidates to choose from and they can be very very selective).
Oxford has 3 rounds. Had you applied on R1 or R2, you probably would've been competitive. But with R3, it's a stretch, maybe even slim. Same goes with Cambridge - it has 5(!) rounds, but you've missed the first four -- it's going to be a roll of the dice.
For all the other schools, same thing - you're fighting against the fact that they would've admitted the majority of the class by the time you submit.
If you really want to go to b-school, apply in R1 this fall (which gives you more time to do a GMAT retake - and no, a GMAT retake won't really influence your chances for R3/R4 this year). In a R1 or R2 scenario, you should be competitive (i.e. you should get into at least one of the schools on your list).
