I think you should start with GMAT Prep. The schools are competitive and so is your profile. I see you may have very decent chances to convert atleast one or more of your target schools but the first thing first, you need to have a valid and decent GMAT score to be competitive among the applicants.

We agree with the above response. Deferred MBA programs are mostly done, but even so, you will be rushed to get in for any that are left (e.g., MIT might still be an option).

That aside, we don't think you're a particularly strong candidate for that process. You are much better off going through the regular admissions process in 2-3 years. You are clearly very motivated and have some good part-time experience under your belt. Parlay that into good full-time jobs and really work hard to build a solid early career. That will really help position you for some of the top programs.
