Profile review for Rd. 3

Hi,
I have applied for a top 10 school and two schools in 30s in Rd.2. No admits as of now. Wanted to know whether my profile has any chance in Rd.3.
Nationality - Indian
Age - 25
GMAT - 700 (Q 45, V 41)
GPA - 76 % ( First Class with distinction) in Bachelor of Commerce, 65 % (First Class) in Master of Commerce
Chartered Accountant (Equivalent to US CPA)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (certification from ISACA, USA)
Experience -
2.5 years full time experience as Assistant Manager in Big 4 in internal, system audit, risk consulting and ERP review. Individually handled most projects (excellent recommendations)
3 years full time internship in same Big 4 in financial auditing (Handled teams for a few assignments)
Extra-curriculars -
Partcipated in 3,4 projects of an NGO, team leader at organisation CSR initiative for 1 year. Community service experience limited to past 1.5 years.
District scholarship in Maharashtra Talent Search examination
Co-authored an article in ISACA Pune newsletter
Reason for MBA - Career switch from Finance to Technology Marketing and Strategy
Long-term goal - Social Entrepreneurship
Planning to apply to Stanford, Carnegie Mellon Tepper, UCLA Anderson and Boston University in upcoming Round 3. Wanted some guidance on whether it is adisable to apply for rd. 3 or wait for rd. 1 next year and try with more community service experience.
