x = (0.08)^2, y = 1/x, and z = (1- 0.08)^2 - 1.

So, you can see that x is a very small but positive number and z is a negative number. So, z < x.

Solving for y will give us 100^2/8^2, which is a large positive number.

So, z < x < y and I will go with choice C.
