Joe is to go around fixing each machine starting with computer #2 and skipping a machine each time, so he fixes #2 then #4 then #6 etc. until all machines are fixed. Meanwhile, his assistant is to remove each machine immediately once fixed from the circle. Which machine does Joe fix last?

IMO : A

After completion of first round with all even numbers, Joe will start picking odd numbers 3,7,11,15.
Next round : 5, 9, 13.
last one : 1

fixes 2,4,.....16
skips 1....fixes 3,7,11,15....
skips 1......fixes 5,9,13.....
last one left is 1

he fixes all even nos 2,4,6,8...16..
then odd nos starting from 3,57...15...
last he fixes 1

NVM -- thought it was 10 computers not 16 -- rethinking

2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16
