Word to the wise, sign up as soon as they let you. It fills up fast, and some trips fill up very very quickly.

You have to pay a trip deposit when you sign up though don't you? And I'm assuming you need to have paid the Booth deposit before you sign up?

They don't cross reference the lists as far as I know - you can sign up without having paid the booth deposit. I think the deposit amount for the randomwalk is pretty small - like $300 or so. The more important question is why you haven't paid the Booth deposit yet.

Good to know. I'll pay a deposit soon, I promise.

Olive and Terp26 pretty much guaranteed that isa will be paying the deposit by next weekend, whether it's voluntary or (most likely) involuntary (and unconscious)....

I'm surely going to South Africa in the summer of 2010 for the Fifa World Cup. I went to Belize Couples it was great! I've been to Morocco, and it was one of the best trips I had, if you like history it would be a great trip.

Here you can see last year's trips.

Per the admit website, regarding schollies:

Quote:
Final decisions will be released on an ongoing basis through the first week of March 2009.

I guess we'll find out in a week or so!

I got an email saying that they weren't going to decide about some (e.g. Accretive) fellowships until April (after r2)...and that other fellowships had been awarded. I guess that means I'm still in the running for the healthcare one and not getting the others? Ah well, I guess we'll see...

That's good Isa. It is kind of like a waitlist. You should be used to it (Wharton...)
