Overall, you have compelling academic, test scores and work experience. Recommend focusing on EC/Volunteer work that can make your profile distinct.

UG- Bcom (hons) with a low GPA of 2.44 .
i would like to know what are top b-school for MIM or MSC in management. i can apply for and score required for it.

Profile details - Bachelor of technology in Computer Science (7.9 GPA out of 10), 3 year work experience (majorly in IT sector), have been involved with a few NGOs since last 3 years.

Yet to take Gmat with target 720+

Could you please tell me what my chances are with regards to getting into M7 schools.
Also, does applying in round 1 give us any advantage over the candidates who would be applying for round 2?

I think there might be some challenges with limited work experience and GPA. If you can get your GMAT above 700 that will help.

Top schools are always challenging. We work with candidates to improve acceptance rates. I recommend focusing on getting 720 GMAT and then differentiating through EC/Volunteer work. More resources can be found here:

Indian Male (citizenship: Canada), Undergraduate: Computer Engineering at a Canadian institution (GPA: 3.96/4), GMAT (yet to take, target): 700+. Professional background: Consulting (big 4 with 2 promotions in last 3 years), total work exp: 3.5 years by matriculation. Can you please shed some light on what schools i can target?

Hi..I have GMAT 728, 11 yrs exp in Aerospace sector - working in world’s top Aerospace org currently. Very active in innovations with 5 trade secrets and few others in review, active in curricular activities such as mentoring, partaking in tech conferences, innovation contest etc. What are my chances at M7 schools?
