Each day has 345 *(3)^n-1.e.g. day 1. Thursday has 345. hence on the 4th day,(On Sunday) we have
345*(3)^(4-1).= 9315. E

Number of visitors on Thursday = 345
Number of visitors on Friday = 3*345
Number of visitors on Saturday = 3*3*345
Number of visitors on Sunday = 3*3*3*345 =9315

We are calculating 3^3*345. Which is 27*345. 10*345 itself gives us 3450. So the only option higher than that is E. IMO E

Friday = 3 x 345, Saturday = 3 x 3 x 345, Sunday = 3 x 3 x 3 x 345 = 9,315

Answer: E
