The question tests the knowledge of multiple word parallel marker - Just as X, So Y - Where X & Y need to be parallel.

Meaning - Just As X, So Y = in the same way

X = playing the original game

Y = (in the same consistency of writing) So touring with the reservation's young guide....

Only option B highlights this aspect.
