Hey,
I am an Indian with a 680 GMAT. Have admits from Olin (no scholarship) and Ivey (15,000 CAD scholarship). Work Experience - 3 years in a Big 4 Consulting firm (not directly in a management/strategy role) + 2 years in a non profit.
I am looking at a function shift broadly.
Short term goals - Management/Strategy Consulting.
I would be extremely thankful if you could help make an informed decision. Also, I have very little information about job prospects in Canada post MBA. Also, what are the odds of getting into US through Canada?

Congrats on the admit.
As a Canadian, its hard to say the ultimate truth that the US economy blows Canada's economy away any time or day. However, lots of international students end up here because it seems that it's easier to get a post-graduation work permit
However, your case is tricky. Since Ivey is a one year program, I believe you are eligible for a work permit valid only for the term you've studied. Here's a link to help you getting started:
