I interviewed in Delhi on 18th March and there is not status update or mail...so I think it's probably another bad news for me.....:-(

Interviewed on 19th March in New Delhi and got the status change email last night

Man NYU really wants me mired in uncertainty! 10 weeks later and a spot on the waitlist. Almost wished they would just ding me so I can plan accordingly haha

How much time does it take for the admit apckage to reach you? Is it Fed-exed?

From NY to Mumbai ->Should be 1 week?

Got the sweet news yesterday... Admit! Interviewed on 17th March in Delhi

Answering your question Saurabh.... The Adcom said they sent the package by UPS (so can take a while.) But should reach Mumbai in a week.

Yes this is my second MBA (if I get through somewhere...) that's why the list of schools is so aspirational (Seems like such a bad idea now) :roll:

Hi folks,

Does any current student (or anyone else...) have an idea of how works the international student loan without co-signer for the MBA?
Is it possible to combine a loan with a scholarship?
Is it possible to choose to use a scholarship for the second year instead of the first?

Sorry my questions could seem a bit stupid but I am not used to these issues as I am European and education is almost for free here :).

At the summer start interview day they mentioned that if you don't have a US cosigner, you can borrow only up to 40k (not sure if that's a total or per year figure).... Not sure if this helps but I would talk to the financial aid office directly on these issues.

After being waitlisted without interview, I've decided to withdraw my application. I have admits from two schools that I would pick over Stern so I'd rather my waitlist spot go to someone who wants Stern more than I do...

Their whole process is a little crazy, IMO. The fact that you can get final answers from other schools that had the same application deadline before Stern would even give an initial notification is kind of frustrating.

Yes that's true. 40k per academic year is the most you get .

If you have a US co-signer you could borrow up to the total cost of attendance....
